The Centre for Addiction Prevention and Healthy Living (CAPAHL) formerly known as the Trinidad and Tobago National Council on Alcoholism (TTNCA) is an NGO, which was founded by the late Professor Michael Beaubrun and George Edwards. The organization was first incorporated by Parliamentary Act 36 of 1977 and the name and legislation were revised and so Act 36 (1977) has been formerly replaced by Act 10 of 2023.
